Aperture House, the photography museum
The Aperture House acts as archive to record the stories of Ipoh, permanently exhibiting in the gallery and open for public to visit. Visitors are able to understand the essence of Ipoh through the capture of photographer, using different technology of visual exhibition.
This photography colony is also a one-stop station for local and international photographers. As Ipoh has become one of the photography spot, the colony provides necessary facilities to photographers, and also temporary residence to back-pack photographer.

Organic Grocer, urban infill market
Due to building burned town of the initial site, no proper activity is happening on the site and forms the phenomena of ‘isolated island’ between two heavy circulation and busy business district. The selected site is where circulation connects the two blocks with a ‘circulation triangle’ happens between the area. Taking the phenomena as desogn strategy, an organic grocery is designed at the city-heart of Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Tun HS Lee. The grocery serves as compact center for city human to get fresh and healthy grocer and practice geen lifestyle.




the Lakeside Tree House, retreat house
Vertical Wood panels facade inspired from tree trunk arrangement in the forest which creates different patterns and diffuse control density of lights. Arrangement of panels based on the function of interior space in the way that private spaces has denser facade and share spaces has more openings to allow natural light and breeze from the lake. The verticality of facade from the ground to the roof has visually blended the building into the surrounding trees. Ramped up from the entrance to the roof top, the design aims to appreciate different angle of view towards the Belum Forest Lake.
